banterous.co.uk is a place to share your quake2 (and variants) demo files with others. When you upload your .dm2 file, our libq2demo PHP script will parse your demo file, and create a page to link to which includes a download link, map preview picture, and information on the demo including who recorded it, the game type and length of the demo, a console log of the demo, and other technical information such as gamedir and protocol version.
This website and libq2demo (and components) were created by ViciouZ of www.viciouz.co.uk. The map preview pictures for paintball were converted from pif's mapshots pack. The current quake2 map pictures are from qtracker's quake2 mapshot pack, but if you know any replacements, please get in contact.
